Your negotiating team met on April 15 and 16 to review the results of the bargaining survey. We would like to thank all members who took the time to complete the survey. This data is an important starting point for creating our ingoing proposals for bargaining. We need as much input from members as possible so we can address the issues that matter to us. Again, we thank you for participating in this critical step of the negotiating process.
We have another meeting on May 29 to finalize our proposal and decide on potential bargaining dates. Bargaining will begin once these dates are agreed upon with the employer.
Make the worksite red
Remember to wear red to support your negotiating team on our scheduled bargaining dates. This act of solidarity is appreciated by your negotiating team and sends a strong message to the employer. Send photos of you and your coworkers wearing red to photos@aupe.org so the union can share them on social media.
