We are gearing up for bargaining and need to hear your priorities.
Check your email inbox for the link to the survey. If you have not received it, please contact a member of your negotiating team. Remember to share your thoughts by Tuesday, May 21.
We want to know: Are higher wages and better benefits your priority? What is your workload like? Tell us what you want to improve so that we can work to make it a reality.
Negotiating a new collective agreement is an important process and we can’t do it without you. By completing the bargaining survey, you’re helping us advocate for what matters to you.
All your survey answers will be kept private and confidential—no individual responses will be shared with management.
NEXT MEETING
We will meet again on Wednesday, May 22 in the staff break room from 1:30 to 3:30 pm to go over the survey results.
