Revera Riverbend: Survey results are in

Bargaining update for Local 047 Chapter 042, Revera Riverbend

Mar 05, 2025

Your negotiating team has reviewed the results of our recent bargaining survey and are preparing to begin negotiations.

Thank you all for sharing your responses – your opinion is critical as we get ready to fight for the raises and working conditions we all deserve. Fifteen members even signed up to become worksite contacts, a very important role in organizing our worksite.

You were all loud and clear when sharing your thoughts. Pay increases are our top priority for this round of bargaining. Everything is more expensive and our wages not keeping up. We are falling further and further behind, and that must change.

We are prepared to fight for a living wage that keeps up the cost of living and increases with inflation. Click here for a detailed report of our survey results.

Holding Revera Accountable

Thank you to everyone who filed grievances to hold the employer accountable. A group grievance is underway for under payment on holidays. We have also identified many errors for vacation accruals and members have filed individual grievances.

We encourage you to file a grievance if you have not already.

We will keep you updated as we get closer and closer to bargaining. Please reach out to a member of your negotiating team with any questions or concerns.
