Negotiations are in full swing with a focus on non-monetary items.
Your negotiating team met with the employer on March 31 to discuss our non-monetary proposal. Bargaining talks moved forward as planned with the employer agreeing to most of the housekeeping items we presented.
We will be having more in-depth conversations about scheduling and hours of work when we start monetary discussions.
The next bargaining meeting with the employer will be held May 9.
