Complete the bargaining survey by July 27
Points West Living Drayton has a new negotiating team and bargaining is getting underway this summer. On July 11, the negotiating team met to begin prep and we will meet again at the end of the month.
On August 8, we will exchange proposals with the employer. Bargaining will then resume on October 2, 3 and 4. In order to develop a bargaining proposal that reflects the demands of the workers of PWL Drayton, we want to hear directly from you!

Your responses are always kept anonymous and confidential. They will be used by the negotiating team to better serve you, but individual responses won’t be shared with management.
As this is a first collective agreement, negotiations can take time. Your negotiating team is mindful of the fact that you are not receiving wage increases while we are negotiating. This is why we are working as fast as we can.
To keep you up to date on our progress, please give your email address to any member of the negotiating team. This is how we will send you information after each bargaining session with the employer.
