More dates have now been set for meeting with a mediator in our efforts to get a first collective agreement for all staff employed at Rosedale Partnerships.

Your negotiating team was already scheduled to meet with the mediator alone on March 1 and with the mediator and employer on March 18.

New dates have now been agreed for three days of meetings of both parties and the mediator on March 30 – April 1. Another day of joint talks has been scheduled for August 11.

Your negotiating team appreciates that it has been a long and difficult road to get to this point. There have been many obstacles along the way to your decision to get union representation to address your legitimate concerns and to get protection in the workplace.

We appreciate the patience you have shown as we push to get the fair collective agreement you deserve.
