Your negotiating team has reached a tentative agreement for a new contract with Living Waters Catholic Schools that includes raises and other improved language.
The highlights of the deal include:
- 1.25% raise in2023;
- 1.5% raise in 2024; and
- Changes to personal leave allowing for part days to be taken and for carryover of up to one day.
There are also numerous changes to the wording of various clauses in the agreement. Full details of the draft agreement will be sent to all members shortly.
Two Zoom meetings have been scheduled for members to review and discuss the tentative agreement. Members of your negotiating team will be available to answer questions.
