Park Place Benevolence Care Centre: Getting ready to bargain

Your negotiating team met on February 20 and 21 to prepare for bargaining. Preparations included participating in an orientation to understand the bargaining process and how to organize our worksite. We also made plans for important first steps in the negotiating process.

We need you to help with the first step – our bargaining survey!

What do you want to see in our new agreement? Your input is crucial in deciding what we will demand at the bargaining table. 

We will start distributing the survey today with a completion deadline of March 31.
