Employer will bring monetary offer in the New Year
Your negotiating team met with the employer on December 14 and provided a comprehensive package to settle negotiations, including the withdrawal of several outstanding non-monetary proposals.

We have offered the Employer 11 dates as options to meet again in the new year. The Employer has stated they will bring a full response on our next day together, including a monetary offer.
We’re expecting that the monetary offer from Good Samaritan Society won’t meet your expectations, so please keep an eye out for information on how to support your bargaining committee in the new year.
