Your negotiating team would like to thank all members who completed the night shift premium survey. The survey results will provide the basis of our position that will be presented to the arbitrator at the hearing on October 2 and 3.
The information collected from the survey will provide the arbitrator with an insight to what we experience and sacrifice while working night shifts. We deserve the same night shift premiums that LPNs and HCAs receive from other employers.
