Your negotiating team has tried to negotiate better night shift premiums with our employer, but our employer refuses to agree with our proposals.
An independent arbitrator will assess both side’s positions at a hearing on October 2 and 3. The arbitrator will then make a final decision regarding our night shift premiums.
We want to hear from you before the hearing! Our experience working night shifts—including everything we sacrifice to do so and should be compensated for—will help the arbitrator make a decision that reflects the value of the work we do.
