You will be voting by mail-in ballot. Here are the details.
In this vote package, you will receive the following:
1. A complete copy of the tentative Collective Agreement;
2. Your ballot; and
3. Postage paid self-addressed AUPE envelope.
Be sure to read the summary and the Collective Agreement in your voting package to see how this new agreement would affect you.
You will be voting by mail-in ballot. Please return your vote on the mail-in ballot by mailing it in the prepaid postage AUPE envelope to AUPE headquarters.
The ballot must be returned to AUPE headquarters by: 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 30, 2019.
Your ballot must be received at headquarters by this deadline for it to be counted.
The ballots will be counted on May 31, 2019 and the results will then be issued to your bargaining committee.
If you or a fellow Northern Lakes College worker have not received a ballot package by Friday, May 10, contact Shelly Fisher by calling AUPE at 1-800-232-7284, and you can request a ballot package with by providing proof of employment.
The bargaining committee is recommending acceptance of the tentative agreement.
