Shepherd’s Care: Bargaining begins soon

Negotiating teams ready to win a fair contract

Bargaining Update: Shepherd's Care—Local 047, All SC chapters

Text only block

Bargaining is set to begin at the Shepherd’s Care Foundation, and your negotiating teams are gearing up for the action.

Our first bargaining date is on September 22, and we have more booked for October 20 and 21.

Your negotiating teams will bring your priorities to the bargaining table, as you outlined when you filled out your bargaining survey in June. We’ll be working to make those priorities a reality in the next collective agreement.

We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop after our first bargaining dates—keep an eye on your email for news. And don’t hesitate to reach out to members of your worksite’s negotiating team with any questions, comments, or feedback.
