Your negotiating team continued to make good progress during non-monetary negotiations with the employer on September 27, and October 3, 4 and 10. We are pleased to report that we have signed off the following articles:
- 2 Definitions (pending further need to add more)
- 3 Occupational Health & Safety
- 4 Union Recognition and Union Representation
- 5 Application
- 6 Management Rights
- 7 Dues Deduction
- 27 Employee Management Advisory Committee
- 28 Personnel Files
Only a few non-monetary clauses remain to be signed off, so we should soon begin bargaining wages, benefits, shift differentials, overtime, and other monetary items.
