We’ll be negotiating a new collective agreement soon
The renewal of your next collective agreement is just around the corner.
That means your negotiating team is preparing to fight for the support you deserve and keep the employer accountable!
Now is the time to start thinking about your workplace concerns and sharing that information back so we can address them at the bargaining table.

You are a crucial part of the team – and we need your input to secure a strong collective agreement.
We will be sending you a link to the online survey during the week of March 13 (paper copies of the survey will also be available) to gather your feedback.
Please make sure you have completed the online survey or have returned the paper copies of the survey back to your negotiation team by March 27. Please do not fill out the survey on company time.
We will be meeting with the employer in the coming months to discuss the concerns and the mandate we are given through the results of the survey. This is your chance to have a voice and send a strong message to the employer on specific issues at your worksite. Your negotiations team will be doing all we can to negotiate a fair contract and prepare a comprehensive proposal to address site specific issues identified in the survey.
