Work to begin on final proposals; setting bargaining dates
Your negotiating team met on May 1 to review the results of the bargaining survey. We would like to thank all members who participated in this critical step of the negotiating process. This data is an important starting point for creating our ingoing proposals for bargaining. We need as much input from members as possible so we can address the issues that matter to us.
We are scheduled to meet again on June 12 and 14 to finalize our proposal and decide on potential bargaining dates. Bargaining will begin once these dates are agreed upon with the employer.
Make the worksite red
Remember to wear red to support your negotiating team on our scheduled bargaining dates. This act of solidarity is appreciated by your negotiating team and sends a strong message to the employer.
Send photos of you and your coworkers wearing red to photos@aupe.org so the union can share them on social media.
