Lamont County Housing: Informal mediation does not break impasse

Your negotiating team met with the employer and the mediator for informal mediation on October 7, 2022. Unfortunately, we remain too far apart on key issues, and we were unable to move forward toward an agreement.

It’s time to look at the options available to us and determine our next steps. It’s very important that we get your feedback as we work out the best path to a fair collective agreement.
