Is your priority higher wages and better benefits? What is your workload like? Your team needs to know what you want to improve so that we can work to make it a reality.
Negotiating a new collective agreement is an important process and we can’t do it without you. By completing the bargaining survey, you’re helping us advocate for what matters to you.
All your survey answers will be kept private and confidential—nothing will be shared with management.
Once the negotiating team receives your survey responses, we will meet again on Wednesday, May 22 in the staff break room from 1:30 to 3:30 pm. Meet us there to hear us report on the survey results.
