Apologies for the last email not working, please use this one

A bargaining update sent to members at Chartwell Wescott earlier this month had a link to a survey that didn’t work.

We apologize for this and are providing this new bargaining update to fix the problem.

It is important that you take this survey. Now that you have joined the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees (AUPE) and have chosen colleagues to serve on the negotiating team, we need to hear from you about what you want to see in a collective bargaining agreement.

This is your chance to have your voice heard. We can only negotiate something that works for you if we know what you think is important.

Are better wages your top priority? Or is job security more important?

Do you want higher shift differentials for working evenings, nights and weekends?

How do you feel about pushing to have the employer contribute to RRSPs?

Is scheduling something that you want your negotiating committee to take up with the employer?

Are you short-staffed and overworked?

This new survey will close on September 12. Please click this link to take the bargaining survey.

All answers will be kept confidential.

If you have questions or comments, please contact a member of the negotiating team.
