Your negotiating team is pleased to report that the ratification vote is now complete, and members of CBI Home Health have voted in favour of ratifying the tentative agreement.
This agreement is now in effect, although it will take some time for the employer to implement the new wage rates and other changes. Retroactive payments are to be made within three pay periods of ratification.
Your negotiating team has requested a breakdown of employees’ hours that are eligible for retro pay and we will keep members informed as that request is fulfilled.

Bargaining this agreement has been a long road with many challenges and delays, but members’ active engagement and support has carried us over the finish line. Your negotiating team is grateful to members for getting us here!
