Ratification will take place onsite
As reported in our previous update, your negotiating team signed a tentative agreement with the employer in September. Since then, we have resolved the few outstanding non-monetary items that remained and the mediator will be writing a supporting report.
We are pleased to bring to members a tentative agreement on which they can vote.
The vote for members at Sundre Supportive Living to ratify this new agreement will be held onsite on October 30 between 2PM and 4PM. The exact meeting room will be posted ahead of the vote.
In advance of the vote, members will receive the tentative agreement and mediator’s report via email. The negotiating team will be onsite to offer information and answer members’ questions during the ratification meeting.
