Bargaining paused

Your bargaining committee met with the employer for discussions on April 23 and 24.

We were pleased to see the employer agree to some of our priority non-monetary items as a demonstration of goodwill. However, we continue to be at odds over the employer’s monetary offer, which remains firm at a three-year contract with 0% wage increases and no monetary enhancements for the first two years and a wage reopener in the third. You may recognize this offer as one that is being offered by all other post-secondary employers in bargaining currently.
