The employer still has not agreed to:
• Employer coverage of requested doctor’s notes to a maximum $30.00.
• An increase to the minimum number of days the employer must inform you of a layoff before your last day (from 14 to 28).
You deserve working conditions that allow you to take care of yourselves and residents.
In the summer, we’ll be holding meetings with our coworkers in nursing care to discuss next steps in bargaining. It’s going to take all of us to push forward together and have our voice heard at the table. We’ll keep you up-to-date on times and locations.
