We continued to emphasize the importance of Job Security and Contracting Out language, which will give us more stable employment, so we can provide stable, affordable housing to some of Alberta’s most vulnerable communities. Unfortunately, the employer still has not proposed protections that address either of these job stability concerns.
We’ll be meeting again on May 31 to continue negotiations and keep pushing for a fair agreement.
