The AUPE Executive and AUPE community offer our condolences following the heartbreaking tragedy at the Lapu-Lapu Day Festival in Vancouver.
Our thoughts are with the loved ones of those who were killed and injured in this senseless attack. What should have been a joyous occasion became a dark chapter for the Filipino community and all Canadians.
