Appeal filed in Ross decision

EDMONTON - The Alberta Union of Provincial Employees, with legal counsel, has reviewed the July 10, 2018, Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench decision relating to Mr. Ross.

AUPE has determined this is an appropriate matter for appeal and legal counsel informed the Crown of its intention to do so on Monday, July 16, 2018.

Formal documents were filed on Wednesday, July 18, 2019.
