Your negotiating team is finally scheduled to meet with AgeCare for arbitration. After a lengthy delay, this will take place on March 25 and 26, 2025.
Bargaining can be a long process—especially when the employer causes delays. When your negotiating team met with the employer for informal mediation in August 2023, it was clear AgeCare had no interest in improving their offer or resolving the issues you said were most important to you.
We were left baffled and frustrated, but even more determined to fight for what we deserve. We have strong arguments to present to the arbitrator.
