The Collaborative Service Delivery Model (CSD) has been in effect for some time in most Regions. Your Local 006 Council members are interested in finding out how this model is affecting your work and your families. We hope to use this information to draw the employer’s attention to the pros and cons of this model and to advocate for changes where necessary.
