Here's how the Sheriff’s RAPID re-class appeal process works:
Each person must send an email to: psc.classificationservices@gov.ab.ca to the Director of Classification Service Delivery, requesting a Departmental Review of the classification decision.
This must be done within five (5) working days of receiving the decision - no later than Friday July 9, 2021.
The review can take up to 20 days. If the employer asks for an extension to review your request it is best to say yes so they don't rush. If you do not hear back about your request after 20 days let your MSO know.
