In accordance with Article 1.05 of our Collective Agreement, employees who terminated employment prior to the new contract being ratified have until April 15, 2023 to submit a request for retroactive payment.
Former employees are eligible for a one-time premium payment of 1.0% of the Basic Rate of Pay for all hours actually worked between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021.

Your retroactive pay will be directly deposited to the bank account the Employer has on file.
