BARGAINING CONTINUES: NO EMPLOYER MONETARY PROPOSAL
Your bargaining team met with the employer Oct. 4 and Nov. 27 and 28. Although they agreed to remove some of their rollback proposals, they are still seeking to move your collective agreement backwards in many areas. They have also refused to provide monetary proposals (including wage increases) in violation of established precedent for collective bargaining.
