Requests for lump sum pay must be received by midnight Feb 13, 2023
Former CapitalCare General Support Services (GSS) employees are eligible for a one-time COVID-19 premium payment of one percent (1.0%) of the Basic Rate of Pay for all hours actually worked between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021.
To receive this payment, terminated employees must email the employer at CriticalWorkersBenefit@capitalcare.net before midnight Monday, February 13, 2023.
Emails should include the subject line: “Retro Pay for Terminated GSS Employees”. The body of the email should include the former employee’s full name, former work location, and updated banking information if it has changed.
