AUPE Headquarters remains closed due to water main break
AUPE’s Edmonton Headquarters building remains closed this morning due to a broken water main in the vicinity.
City crews are working to repair the problem and AUPE hopes to resume normal operations at Headquarters by mid-day.
Until that time, AUPE’s main switchboard will be closed and all essential operations and member-training programs have been moved off-site.
The closing affects only AUPE’s Headquarters office in Edmonton. All regional and satellite offices are operating normally today.
Members who need to speak with their Membership Services Officer should leave a message on their MSO’s phone line. All messages will be followed up.
AUPE apologizes to members for any inconvenience caused by this disruption of service.
